About Us

Founded on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard in 1969, Rush Creek Yacht Club is a private, member-owned sailing club. Over the years, RCYC has become a renowned landmark for sailing, not only in the Dallas area but across the United States.

Whether you are brand new to sailing or have extensive experience, RCYC offers organized competition for all ages. Our facilities operate year-round and include both wet and dry slip storage, a swimming pool, an expansive deck with an attached playground, a full-service dining room and a bar.
Our Youth Sailing Program is one of the only year-round programs in the Dallas area. We also offer adult education programs and the IC24 sailboat rental program. RCYC is dedicated to promoting the principles and traditions of Corinthian sailing.

Rush Creek Yacht Club received the prestigious US Sailing One Design Regatta of the Year award for its exceptional hosting of the 2024 International Class Association World Championship.
