As a courtesy to our fellow Chamber members, our team wanted to make sure to remind small business owners of the upcoming deadline from the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

If your business is registered or operating in the U.S., such as a corporation or LLC, you likely need to file a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report. This requirement generally applies to most businesses. The deadline is Wednesday, January 1, 2025 and the consequences of noncompliance is steep - $500 penalty per day!
