Our cancellation policy is as follows: All cancellations must be made a week or more in advance, any cancellations made less than a week before will be counted as a used ticket, and we cannot roll the reservation over. All no-call no-shows will also be counted as a used ticket and will not be rolled over. Each luncheon is catered based on a specific head count that we submit according to registrations. If you have already submitted your registration, catering has been accounted for and you will not have access to re-use that ticket in the future.
